STEELNOVO shelves are powder-coated and have a high-quality finish designed to ensure strength, uniformity, and long-term durability.

Powder coating ensures:

• Excellent protection against scratches, impacts, and atmospheric agents;

Each shelf undergoes a thorough preparation process and is oven-baked at a controlled temperature, which guarantees a compact, resistant film and an impeccable aesthetic appearance.

STEELNOVO paints, available in various colors, are certified and compliant with European regulations, offering a durable, safe, and architectural-quality solution.

Each model comes with the hardware required for assembly, including Fischer SX Plus 6x30 wall plugs, designed to ensure secure mounting on suitable walls. A Ø 6 mm drill bit is required for installation.

Load capacity varies depending on the wall material:

• 66 kg on unreinforced concrete
  
• 35 kg on solid brick
  
• 15 kg on hollow brick
  

The indicated load capacities include the weight of the shelf. The actual holding strength always depends on the quality of the wall, the depth of the holes, and the correct insertion of the wall plugs.

Before assembly, it is important to check the solidity of the wall and distribute the weight of the objects evenly across the shelf. Never exceed the declared load limits and tighten the screws moderately.

STEELNOVO shelves must not be installed on plasterboard, lightweight walls, thermal insulation systems, or non-load-bearing surfaces without a specific verification of structural resistance.

The packaging used consists of recyclable materials, such as cardboard, polyethylene, and polystyrene, which should be disposed of in separate waste collection. The product itself, once it has reached the end of its life cycle, can also be disposed of at authorized recycling centers.

For cleaning, use a soft cloth lightly dampened with water or a glass cleaner.

Avoid using thinners, corrosive or acidic products, as well as steel wool or brushes. Prolonged exposure to water and direct heat sources should also be avoided.

A microfiber cloth is recommended for drying.
